1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to win.
2. Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted online beginning October 15, 2025 and ending by November 25, 2025 (Central Time).
3. How to Enter:
Visit WinterMagicKC.com and complete the official entry form on any of the following pages: iFamilyKC, KC Parent, Visit KC, Kids in KC, or Adventures in Mom Life. Limit one (1) entry per person per page. Multiple entries on the same page will be void.
By submitting an entry, you agree to these Official Rules and to receive occasional promotional emails from Winter Magic. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your eligibility.
4. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
Five (5) total prizes will be awarded — one (1) winner from each participating page.
Each prize includes:
One (1) Winter Magic Season Pass (unlimited entry for the 2025 season)

Total ARV per prize: $149.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries per page by November 25, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received on each page.
7. General Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control.
8. Publicity & Privacy:
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with this Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
