Keep Us Connected!
Sometimes, important emails can get lost in spam or promotions folders. By following these steps, you’ll ensure our messages reach you without interruption!
Quick Steps by Email Provider:
For Gmail Users:
- Check your “Promotions” and “Spam” folders
If you find an email from us there, simply drag it to your “Primary” inbox tab. - Add us to your Contacts
Open the email, click on the three dots at the top-right, select “Add Info@WinterMagicKC.com to Contacts.”
For Outlook Users:
- Add Us to Your Safe Senders List
Go to Settings > View All Outlook Settings > Junk Email. Under “Safe Senders,” add our email address, Info@WinterMagicKC.com - Move emails to your “Focused” Inbox
If you find an email in the “Other” inbox, right-click, select “Move to Focused,” then choose “Always move to Focused inbox.”
For Apple Mail Users:
- Add to VIPs
Open our email, click on our email address at the top, and select “Add to VIPs.” This will ensure our messages show up in a special VIP folder.
For Yahoo Users:
- Mark as Not Spam
Open your spam folder, find our email, and select “Not Spam” to move it to your inbox. - Add Us to Contacts
Open our email, click on the contact icon, and choose “Add to contacts.”
General Tips for All Users
- Check Your Spam Folder Regularly:
If our emails end up in spam, mark them as “Not Spam.” - Add Our Email to Your Contacts:
Adding Info@WinterMagicKC.com to your contact list is one of the easiest ways to ensure you always see our emails. - Adjust Email Filters or Rules:
If you use custom filters or rules, make sure our email address is set to go directly to your inbox.
